Season 26 premiere!
This show was originally scheduled to begin on Monday, 5 August 2024. However, it did not. According to SABC and the TV show, the premiere date is 12 August 2024.
Nkele, Tshililo and Reneilwe say their goodbyes to Reneilwe during her cremation. Imani bumps into Dr Ximba, played by Leleti Khumalo, as he makes a powerful entrance at MMC. Ndiwavho’s move to Venda upsets him, and Teboho has to kill the prison gang leader.

Teboho shoots her cellmate to try and save herself. Imani is anxious as she prepares herself to impress Dr Ximba. Bubbles brings church women to Nkele to express condolences, but a letter of demand from a bank interrupts the moment. Tshililo tries warning his goon that KK’s goon will be closing in.

Teboho surprises everyone when he walks into a Hayani Holdings’ meeting as Nkele’s proxy. The police interrupt Tshililo’s and Imani’s intimate dinner. Susan, who is worried about Avhatakali, decides to break ties with him but ends up having an intimate relationship with him at the house of Dr Ximba. She is then shot by a woman who has been hidden.
